Joey Bagley

 

Associate Vocal Coach

Joey Bagley has been working as a professional singer, for over 25 years, enjoying a long career singing and teaching other performers.  She brings her knowledge and experience from Directors and Musical Directors from all over the world, and with the last six years at Hamburg School of Entertainment in Germany.

After graduating a Bachelor of Music Theatre at the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music and an Associate Diploma of Jazz Vocal, Joey played roles such as Eponine, Mary Magdelaine, and The Narrator, for Harvest Rain Productions, 'Joseph and his Technicolor Dreamcoat'.  Further productions include 'Tivoli's Gaslight Gaities, Threepenny Opera and Minnie Faye from Hello Dolly, followed by an eleven year career in the Cruise Ship industry as a lead soloist in the Production shows.  She is currently rehearsing for Les Miserables, in the role of Fantine with Spotlight Theatre Company.

Joey also mentors up and coming singers, Performance & Cabaret techniques at The Greenroom Project Junior at The Arts Centre Gold Coast.  

 

She teaches with passion and works from the mind of a performer, with an outstanding knowledge of voice anatomy, in all singing styles.
