Delivery Policy 


After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order 

details & confirmation from Booking Bug confirming your lesson time(s) (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Refund & Returns Policy 


Students must give 24hours notice to cancel or change a booked lesson or they will be charged the

full fee for that lesson. Lessons can be changed or cancelled directly online or phone

matt ward vocal studios on 0416 271 018 within 24hours. Refunds will only be offered if no mutually agreed

lesson time can be re arranged.


All students will receive sms & email reminders of lessons. No refunds or credits given for

no shows or cancellations after the 24hour period. If booking a lesson within 24hrs

please ring to confirm.
